New releases have been published. Both are compiled with 5.6.5 -> R12B-5. We will not be publishing for R13A but when R13B comes out at the end of April we are going to jump on it and get onto that version much more quickly than we have for R12B-5 which we are really really late for. The process is fairly simple now.
Note - all authors, you must republish your applications when R13B comes out. Apps are backward compatible for patch versions or erts. So if you published for erts 5.6 then you don't have to republish just because 5.6.5 is out. But when 5.7 or 6.0, i.e. a minor or a major version change is made backwards compatibility is not guaranteed.
