The latest faxien version is set up for its preferred erts version to
be 6.7.1 which is R13B.  Basically install a release and it will look
there first, same with apps.  Perhaps Dizzy can upgrade the erl
release to use R13B and that can be the release you pull that
necessitates the pulling of the latest erts version.
