Mohammed,

I am having difficulty replicating this. I created a new buildable project  
with a version number of 0.1.0.RC1. It built just fine. Could you provide  
more detail about exactly whats going on. Perhaps, you could provide a tar  
of a project that exhibits this problem? I am more then willing to get it  
fixed but I need to be able to replicate it first.
