I just released a new bootstrap creator to get rid of the infamous
"booble" directory problem. It was my fault. I had a test script
with something along the lines of

mkdir boble
mkdir booble

... test code here

rm -rf boble
rm -rf boble

My spelling error prevented the second directory from being deleted
after the smoke test and thus the bootstrapper problem. I have
released the new code and have used it to create a V9 bootstrapper for
Macintosh > 10.4 Intel as well. For the other folks that are
bootstrap contributors when you get a chance please create new ones
with the new code.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Cheers,
Martin
