I think the 404 you are seeing is for when faxien searches and tries to pull other versions of compiled erts. The first one, the one I posted is the one it needs to succeed on. I run the same architecture as you and just pulled sinan with no problems. The fact that it took 60 seconds to download manually is surprising to me as well. I wonder if it is not a speed thing. Lets try upping the timeout a bit.
