Is there a way to redirect the beam files when compiling? Seems it's
hardcoded to the directory of the buffer file. I've got the
{src,ebin,include} directory setup and it'd be nice if it put them
into ../ebin. Additionally it'd be nice to have a 'compile all erlang
buffers currently open' command.Thanks.
