This bug report does not provide enough context but, I know what your problem is. You have installed faxien in with erlang itself and faxien is choking on the release formatting within the releases dir. The releases don't match the format name-version. Ciconia will not have this problem. I am assuming you can wait on this since it is in Alpha testing and almost ready for beta?
