Error on Geocoding by Triangulation

ERMapper version : 6.2
Platform : Win98 and WinNT
Physical memory size : 192 MB (win98) / 512 MB (winnt)

I tried to warp a sample image of "Landsat_TM_year_1985.ers" by Triangulation, with
following simple 4 points
(The image has 500 x 500 pixels, 7 bands.);

ControlPoints   = {
        "1"     Yes     No      100     0       0       0       0
        "2"     Yes     No      500     0       400     0       0
        "3"     Yes     No      0       500     0       500     0
        "4"     Yes     No      400     500     400     500     0
}

Yes, what I tried is;

  +-------+      +-------+
  |       |      |       |
  |       |      |       |
 |       |   ->  |       |
 |       |       |       |
|       |        |       |
|       |        |       |
+-------+        +-------+

Resulted image became completely black, no matter with the interpolation methods, and
I confirmed all the pixel value
beacme 0.

Is this a known bug for 6.2? I would like someone to check this on your machine and
inform me if it happens.
