Hi Adam,
Could you check the following registry key exists on the problem machine:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File
Execution Options\gsnt.exe
This registry entry is supposed to fix the True Type Font problem under
Windows 2000. If this registry key is not present I can send you a .reg
file which will add this key to your registry.

Subject: Problem with True Type fonts in ERM 6.2 under Windows 2000
Hi all,
I've run into a problem using certain True Type fonts in ERM 6.2 under
Windows 2000. I receive a gsnt.exe - Application Error stating The
instruction at "0x77fc9b1" referenced at "0x0000000". The memory could not
be "written". Vector display failed: gs exited with status: -1073741819. I
can display certain True Type fonts such as Arial, but other more stylish
fonts produce the aforementioned error. I tried installing ERM 6.1 over top
of 6.2 to see if this would correct the problem, but it did not. The font I
am trying to use (copper-plate gothic) has been used success before, so I
am not sure where the problem is coming from. I have ERM 6.2 loaded on a
practically identical Win2000 machine and there are no problems with True
Type fonts, any ideas?
