I am using ER Mapper 6.1 with Windows NT/2000. Frequently, but not always, a printing problem occurs when I print using the hardcopy control file "HP_DesignJet_300dpi_A0_Floyd_Steinberg_Custom." I get the following application error message: "hetohpdjet_colo.exe, Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x77f64d48." I have also tried using the "HP_DesignJet_2000.hc" hardcopy control file, modified to 300 dpi and with the compression set to 5, but the finished plot file was not compressed. Anyone know what causes this application error and are there any quick fixes?
