Ken, Regarding bulk reprojection:   1.   Earth Star (http://www.es-geo.com/)  has some handy add on wizards for ER Mapper.   or;   2. I wrote a wizard script a while ago for bulk reprojection. The script also handles reprojecting images from any input format (such as GeoTIFFs), and can reproject images that are larger than virtual memory (not a problem in your case).   The ERM support offices have the script, so contact:     [EMAIL PROTECTED]    (Americas)     [EMAIL PROTECTED]    (EAME)     [EMAIL PROTECTED]    (Asia Pacific)   Ask for the "Batch reprojection wizard"   or;   3. In your case, if you don't want to go with #1 or #2 above, and if the total size is less than 2GB, another approach might be to mosaic the files together in to a single file, then reproject that.   Regards Stuart       G'day   I have  about 70 USGS DOQ files in NAD83 that I want to convert to NAD27.
