Hi Ken,

You can use the third-party product, MapImagery, to load ER Mapper datasets
into MapInfo with georeferencing imformation. Here is an excerpt from our
new FAQ page on our website that might help explain:

Q: When loading images into MapInfo using either the ECW plug-in for
MapInfo/MapX or MapInfo native support, my images are not registered.

A: MapInfo/MapX only reads georeferencing information from .tab files. In
order to properly georeference ER Mapper imagery in MapInfo/MapX, you must
either manually create a .tab file or use MapImagery, a 3rd party free
add-on to MapInfo. MapImagery will create proper .tab files using the ER
Mapper images header information. The MapImagery add-on is available on our
Downloads page as well as from MapImagerys website (www.mapimagery.com).

Please check out our FAQ page located under "Support" at www.ermapper.com
for more info on ER Mapper, and associated plug-ins.

Cheers,

Subject: ERMApper files into mapinfo

I need to get some processed files into Mapinfo. I see that I can import
Mpainfo files, but can I export grids into Mapinfo that I do not need to
reregister.

Thank you
