Hi Michael,
I have confirmed this is a bug in the ECW Compressor v2.3. The compressor
is incorrectly converting the registration coordinates from degrees to
radians.
The bug is in ermapper_u.dll which is located in the <ECW Compressor
2.3>\bin directory. This problem was fixed soon after the ECW Compressor
v2.3 was released and is not present in the ER Mapper 6.2 compressor.
The fix will be present in the ECW Compressor v2.4, but for your convenience
I have attached the updated ermapper_u.dll.
