Kit,
You simply need to export the erv to an Arcinfo file - this will open up for
perusal in Arcview.  Note that you won't be able to edit or update the
arcinfo file in Arcview unless you convert the file into a shape file.
Also, your annotation for polys, lines and points will not go across to
ArcInfo or ArcView, this is because both standards "see" or "store"
attributes in a different manner.   I think Stuart sent an email on this
