help or suggestion,
I think this has been on the list. I am
working on a project with many subdirectoies e:\project\many
subdirectories. I prefer to keep the algorithms in the root(?), i.e.
e:\project\*.alg becasue it is easier when I back the data up. The
directoies and algortim files are all mised and difficult to find. Is
thier an easy was keep them seperate.
The method used in Arcview works well, the apr, in
our case alg, file should or could be in a seperate window. Then it is
easy to pick.
The "save as" is also awkward, it always defaults
to the last operation, in my case not usually a good guess. For my use I
would prefer a save as algorithim, save as geotiff, and a save as dataset that
remembered the prior settings.
I don't know if these are suggestions for the next
version, or if I am missing on how to use them.
thank you
