Antonio,

What you could do is, first inversly project from UTM29 to lat, lon and 
then reproject to UTM30. For vector data, GMT  http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu/ 
has a module mapproject that will do the job. If you go to the source code, 
you will see the formulas from snyder are all there. I suppose the 
cartographic projection library  PROJ.4 http://www.remotesensing.org/proj/ 
has the same formulas.
