Mike,

I was surprised to not see the correction to the Albers ALTEALE projection
in this new release.  I brought the error to the attention of tech support
in July (see below).

You are right. 
Eric Augenstein has created the same projection with a different name
(ALCALIF) that you can
substitute. You can either replace the values of ALTEALE with the values
from ALCALIF or add a new projection called ALCALIF. I apologize for the
inconvenience.
