how
bands in the datasets you are trying to reproject? there are lines in
the script that seem to discriminate if the datasets are not either
single banded or triple banded. because of this, there may be several
variables (not just the $line variable) that are not initialized.
from a quick glance, this looks like it may be an easy bug to
fix.
