Hi Leo: I don't know if you already know this, but the USGS Global Land Cover Characterization Database offers AVHRR-derived datasets from all continents. They are not 'true' satellite images, but NDVI Maximum Value Composites (one image per month).
http://edcdaac.usgs.gov/glcc/glcc.html Some small Sao Paulo image subsets (Landsat 5, Landsat 7 and Spot) can ve found in the Brazilian 'Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais' (National Institute for Spatial Research): http://www.dgi.inpe.br/html/eng/gal-1.htm And some small CBERS images: http://www.dgi.inpe.br/html/eng/gal-2.htm Regards, Manuel Alonso Earth Resource Mapping Blenheim House Crabtree Office Village Eversley Way, Egham Surrey, TW20 8RY, UK Telephone: +44 1784 430-691 Facsimile: +44 1784 430-692 -----Original Message----- From: Leo M.
