Dear friends; I am working on the satelite image of IRS 1C, which is of 7 bit image.
I wanted to convert the digital number (DN) of each band's pixel to a reflectance/radiance units. This requires also the consideration of atmospheric correction. Are there methods to run a scene based atmospheric correction and/ or conversion of DN to radiance? I appreciate if you tip me any advise.
