Thank you to Gernot for answering here, and to
Gypsy and Mark who answered offline.
The conversion was real easy, once someone told me
which Keys to use, particulary Mark.
More of a question to ERMapper
Is this information that I should have been able to
find easily in the help files. I looked in help, and searched the web
site. My question relates more to future questions, how do I look up the
answers. This worked well, I posted the question, an answer the next
day.

Subject: Subject: Arcview ADF files
If you have ArcView Spatial Analyst installed you
can export the grid as binary data and import it using the Er Mapper binary
import option.
The binary export of Spatial Analyst must be
imported to ER Mapper as IEEE 4-byte real. There is an ASCII header with the
dataset output. You will have to read the number of col's and rows and any
georeferencing information of the spatial Analyst data from this
header and key them into the ER Mapper import routine.
Exporting/importing this way sometimes is a bit tricky, so maybe you'll have
to play around a little bit to get it the way you want it.

the image. Crude at = best but.
It is several *.ADF
files. In Arcview I go to a directory with several = ADV file, select
image data source, and the image /grid is there. CAn I = convert this
these into a real grid to use in ERMapper or other program = to then
convert to ERMapper. =20
