i have one that extracts the UL and LR eastings and northings, as well as the center point, and place that, along with the dataset name and directory into a CSV file that you can import into excel or access. It works with .ecw file only if they have an accompanying .ers file in the same directory as well. I've only used in on NT4 and W2K, by the way.

Hi all, Does anyone now if a script file exist that will extract the bounding Geographic (Lat/Long) coordinates in batch from a directory full of ECW files? Ideally I'd like the script to return the WENS Lat/Long coordinates for serveral hundred ECW files, so that these coordinates can be transfered to an Access DB. Thanks for any help you can offer.
