Seems to me it has something to do with the parameters used (may be
different in the gui).

thing to try is explicity specifying the datum/proj as command line parameters
(which is what the gui does, altho

I have tried the batch reprojection wizard on 2
different machines with the same results, both machines have over 26Gb of
free space. The file I'm trying to reproject is only 80Mb and I'm
trying to reproject from NAD83 / UTM10 to NAD 83 / ALBC. I've tried
using the geocoding wizard to reproject the scratch tile that was created by
the batch reprojection wizard, and that works. The problem is that I
have several hundred of these files to reproject, so I don't want to do them
individually. Any suggestions?
