There is a known problem with the ECW plug-in for ArcPad on Windows 95/98 operating systems. The plug-in should work fine on Windows NT/2000/XP systems. Our development team is working on a new version of the plug-in and a hot fix has been created for the meantime. If anyone is having trouble using this plug-in on Windows 95/98 systems, please contact your local support office to receive the fix.
