Hi All
To classify thesatellite data in the mountaineous terrain is very difficult due to the
high shadowing effects, like the Northern Areas of Pakistan where the releif varies
from 1000 m to 8000 m. in this situation a detailed elevation model of the area plays
an vital role.
is any body have any algorihm written to ellimenate the shadows from the satellite
imagery?
