Yeah, I'm designing a pressurant system around a high
pressure nitrogen fill at the moment... one thing I'll
say, looking through the Swagelok valve catalog... working
at 4500 psi (vehicle tank pressure) or 6000 psi (max supply
tank pressure) really thins out the selection of compatible 
components! The selection expands significantly for
rated working pressures under 3000 psi or so.
