We are probably going to have a small production run of our next actuator
board design made. It will have 6 10 amp solid state relays and a
bidirectional motor drive on a board with a DB25 input connector, ring
terminal output connectors, and ring terminal power. The actuator power is
optically isolated from the input. PC104 mounting holes for mounting on
top of a stack, but no stack-through connector.

The changes from our current board is the integration of the motor drive (a
separate board in our current system), stronger DB25 mounting, profession
board prep, and the move to ring terminals instead of elevator wire terminals.

I am so happy with how useful the CNC motor batch orders have been, that I
want to try that for our electronics as well. The total cost will probably
be around $500 / board, but we won't know for a while. If ERPS would like
to buy one, we can bump our quantity. I am going to get at least four made
-- one for the current electronics box, one for a new electronics box so I
don't need to cannibalize, one for the test stand, and one spare.
