Do you mean manganese acetate?
Potassium permanganate is fairly soluble in acetone (and acetone is
more stable than alcohols to oxidation by permanganate; hot acetone +
permanganate is used in organic syntheses to convert alcohols to
carboxylic acids). I've wondered if that would be hypergolic with
peroxide.
