Yep.  It's nice work, potentially quite useful.  There are a few fine
points which should be noted: 

+ Travel time is months, as opposed to days for orthodox trajectories.

+ The resulting lunar orbits are high and quite elliptical.  A requirement 
  for a low circular orbit reduces the gains somewhat.

+ The standard of comparison requires care:  Apollo trajectories were not
  optimized for rock-bottom delta-V.
