Hahahaha. :-)

It would be nice to have such an equation, but there are so many variables 
involved that I don't think anyone, and certainly not ERPS or Armadillo, 
has done a systematic evaluation.

In rough numbers, we can catalyze about 1.5 pounds a second of 90% peroxide 
through a 2" diameter catalyst bed.  At very high flow rates, starting 
becomes trickier due to flooding, so it is usually better to design below 
that level.
