Not normally done because nozzle conditions are usually too harsh, but for
peroxide monoprop, it sounds workable...

As Dave noted, you'll need to worry about dynamic-pressure effects on the
measuring port(s), but that would be an issue for any pressure probe.
His suggestion of capping the end and putting some small holes in the
sides just below the cap sounds like a reasonable countermeasure.
