Doesn't the Bombadier beetle make peroxide (dunno what percentage)?
Wonder if we could farm and milk them? ;-)
Bioengineering them to not make the catalyst may not be that hard...

If you really want to bioengineer a high-grade explosives production
organ, that can be done. The problem would be getting it through the
bomb scanners: these organs can rarely just be turned on and off at
will, so they'll probably have enough traces of the chemicals to trip
the sensors (unless buried in the body with care to seal the product
against getting in the blood or respiratory tracts). Even the process
to produce hydrogen peroxide, as I understand it, relies on an organic
catalyst...though, if done in a normal body, the peroxide would probably
just react with the rest of the body before it could be extracted, thus
making this approach infeasable.
