Make that 12 key positions, only one technically optional (and it
would be rude to consider the Program Manager's presence optional),
currently filled by 10 people.  Dave W doubles up as both Helm and
Rigger, and I run RCO from the OP.

I just realized something.  That means I can't work in rain or high
wind.  Good!  Automatic weather rules: if the RCO can't work, it's too
windy or rainy to launch.  :-)
