Well, yes, but we're supposed to be starting down the road to
inventing new technology, not just building bigger and faster rockets.
When we're going Mach 4, we should be flying ReSOAR...er...hm...yeah,
let's talk about this. ReSOAR = Spike + POGO, so a Mach 4 Spike might
well logically precede a Mach 4 ReSOAR. This would be continuing down
the KISS "one thing at a time" road, which seems to be one of the
paths to Goodness.
