I had talked to FMC several years ago and they had to be some of the most arrogant people I dealt with. Granted, they have a liability issue when selling to a user who is going to intentionally cause the peroxide to decompose, but my storage facility was designed well beyond their own safety standards. Between the site surveys and wanting to sell rail cars as the minimum quantity, it was frustrating. Texaco doesn't require a site survey of where I'm storing Jerry Cans full of gasoline, so allow me the responsibility of storing my H2O2 and I will sign any "hold harmless, liability waiver you want", just sell me the peroxide. Michael Carden's rig seemed like the most viable solution, but as you said, you are now in the production business. Good luck with FMC. There's an acronym in there somewhere, but I'll stay away from that.

We are starting to get the distinct impression that FMC is f*****g with us
on the peroxide supply situation.  We keep doing the things they say
(spending thousands of dollars), and they keep coming up with some other
reason we still can't buy peroxide (or just not return calls for
weeks).  They have strung us along for a long time now, and convinced us to
stop talking to Degussa, but we still don't have peroxide.
