No, Henry was talking about the contractors, actually, as witness John's
comment about high-level Boeing opinion. They simply don't take the
possibility seriously. Around 1997-8, I suspect they'd upgraded it from
"disregard" to "unlikely, but contingency plan desirable", but it's sunk
back to "disregard" since then.
