TESTING
-------

Dave M reported on a set of problems, varying in urgency, that need to be
addressed at the Rocket Ranch. Some of them preclude further engine
testing.
* Vegetation around the propellant shed must be removed.
* A fire hydrant must be moved and fire hoses provided.
* Warning signs must be placed.
* A second eye-wash station must be installed.
Lower priority matters are to help Chuck Piper with a larger water tank
and new plumbing for it, and to clean up any garbage in or around the
facilities we use.
The long-delayed blockhouse construction and widening of the access road
also belong on this list.
