His free ISP, myrealbox.com, has blackholed all EarthLink users
because (it says) one of them is infected with a virus.

DQ: Actually, Randall, as I read this, myrealbox.com is blocking mail from
that specific IP address, not from all Earthlink addresses.  Never mind that
it's probably a dial-up and might provide access for any of thousands of
customers -- but the message below doesn't seem to imply an ISP-wide block
(as might well be the case for an ISP with open relays or proxies being used
to transfer spam, for instance).
