Fuel 97% Dry Mass 3% to first approximation. Various tricks, picking the
right orbit, and cutting margins dangerously close can get you down to
95% maybe.

There are a few here. I'm not one of them.

High G's throughout the burn? How are you calculating? What is the
general trajectory? I have found low G's to produce much better results.
