I thought it was very easy - one simply ordered the material from the manufacturer pre-packaged in a capsule sealed with rupture disks on each end, and installed it in a compartment in the fuel line, so that fuel pressure on startup would pop the seals and force the stuff into the chamber ahead of the fuel!
