With Strelas and other shoulder launched SAMs available for a few barrels of
oil on the black market I don't know why any terrorist would bother building
a SAM himself. And when they tried to shoot down that El-Al plane in Nigeria
they failed, fortunately. How idiotic. Damn knee jerkers.
