New techniques from practical experience, atta boy!
As a gut reaction to your welded manifold I think you should
fabricate a test piece with the same construction technique and band saw
it across the welds so you can get a sectional view. I think it is
strong enough, but are there any places for peroxide to hide or bits of
contaminants that mite clog your injectors or lodge in the pack?
