We have received a generous donation from Dave Weinshenker for the

We do not have enough money to cover all the remaining budgeted items.
Find us some more generous donors.
We have also received a donation of various items for use or sale. Among
these items are some ten foot unistrut type beams, a tilting milling vice
and a milling gage. There is also a Schilling Conan 7P robot arm that will
be donated once an appropriate (and IRS acceptable) value can be

Gizmocopter
-----------
Dave Masten
Sean reported that Gizmo has successfully lifted three legs off the ground
and momentarily bounced the fourth one off the ground all while under
control of the laptop computer. The current control constants are probably
too large by an order of magnitude.
The limiting factor in Gizmo flight motors is the current flow not the
power density. This means that a gel lead acid battery can be used as the
power source and actually be on board so that we are not limited to ground
based power.
The next step is to move the control software to the on board flight CPU.
