Thanks! I looked for that on the Web. Googling for "bush nasa speech"
turned up lots of news, and some excerpts at the NYT, but not the full
text.
I put up some comments on my site. I think they need revision; I could
not clearly remember having heard any mention of Project Prometheus.
Certainly not by name; but I think some mention was made of advanced power
sources. Yes, I understand the two reasons (one trivial) why Bush might not
want to say "nuclear" in this context. I'll use the transcript to check my
memory.
