Cost:  as of a couple of years ago, I was told it cost $3/lb.

Hazard:  it's carcinogenic, and I'm told it's on EPA's "P" list of
extremely hazardous chemicals (along with hydrazine and assorted
cyanides).  Do you really need more?

Bruce Dunn says the optimal mixture ratio has about the same bulk density
as peroxide/kerosene and about an extra 5s of Isp.
