That is some very beautiful work, it really looks like a serious rocket engine. There is some heat discoloration on the engine, was this caused by running the engine or from internal welding? If it was from running it have you seen any repeating patterns?

It has only been run for about 25 seconds so far, which gave it a mild bronzing. The visible bands are from the internal welding of the perforated catalyst support plates.
That engine is just begging to be installed in a vehicle. We have joked about bolting it in the back of Joseph's truck. :-)
