I haven't seen it posted anywhere here, so I'll make the announcement;
At the end of his talk during Space Access '04 in Phoenix over the
weekend, George Nield, the FAA's deputy associate administrator for
commercial space transportation, handed out "a very rare document -
only one other similar document exists in the world."
He then called the Xcor attendees to the front of the room and
presented them with the launch license as the rest of the crowd
applauded.
