There's no need for that.  Many people, myself included, follow a "grab
while you can" philosophy about such things, thanks to past cases of stuff
not persisting on the net.  There are lots of non-NASA archives of the
NASA online versions of the 8000-series SPs.  For example, I have:

Nasa has moved the SP-8xxx to a new location quite a while back:

All papers work well for downloading... at least for me.

But we also burned them on CD and give them away as a present for our visitors etc. You can also take the link on our publication page:
