Being an astrodynamicist by day this is among my favorites: Fundamentals of Astrodynamics and Applications, 2nd. ed. (The Space Technology Library) by David A Vallado
You can pick it up used for ~ 30$ new for 55. It's pretty extensive in astro applications, and while it delves in some derivations, it's a pretty plainread with final algorithms, programs, and even sample data sets with answers to compare your results to in many cases. I learned astro from two textbooks, the BMW version (more of a missile man's book) and a recent AIAA release. To keep your solution simple you'd want to look up the orbital plane change equation perhaps in the book and determine the required delta V. It's a rough estimate on what is required to service Hubble for instance when also needing to transfer back to the ISS orbital plane, and launch from the Cape Canaveral plane.
