Minutes of ERPS General Meeting #298
05 January 2005
The President called the meeting to order at 8:56 PM. Members present were
Rick Eversole, Gerry Nordley, Julie Porter, Adrian Tymes, Michael Wallis,
David Weinshenker and Chris Winter.

INFOTECH

Sean Lynch
Rick reported concerning his latest efforts on the ERPS Web site. He
has:
* Assembled all the photos into a gallery.
* Put the published Minutes for 2004 on the site.
* Fixed numerous errors in text.
* Enabled the charting feature of MoinMoin.
Rick also reported that an upgrade to MoinMoin 1.3 is needed, as this
will
greatly facilitate administration of the site.
LIAISONS

Michael Wallis
Gerry will be going to Norwescon in March. He will distribute ERPS
flyers
or other literature IFF he gets them in time.
Michael discussed the possibility of ERPS participation in a panel at
Baycon over Memorial Day weekend.

TREASURER

Rick Eversole
The rent on Unit #23 for 2005 is due, but may safely be deferred for a
short time since the exact amount has not been determined.
Membership renewals are due, and must be signed since the form features
a
new disclaimer to meet the requirements of the Adobe Valley Association.
Four renewals were received at the meeting.
Dave W will advise the treasurer RE: his additional expenses related to
the new generator.
